For Physical Products:

You may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if the item is defective, damaged, or not as described.

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

For Digital Products:

All sales are final once the digital product has been delivered.

No refunds will be issued for digital downloads after delivery, except if you accidentally purchased the same product more than once or the product was not delivered due to a technical issue on our side.
